2-Day and Next Day Deliveries: Expedited deliveries must be received by 12:00 noon MST.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, due to the rising costs of fuel we are no longer able to absorb the additional costs of shipping and handling 2-Day and Next-Day deliveries. Customers will be charged actual shipping fees for these deliveries.
Customers must approve shipping charges of 2-Day and Next-Day deliveries BEFORE shipping. In order to expedite your orders, please be sure to provide accurate contact information so that Customer Service can obtain your approval for shipping.
IMPORTANT: Customers ordering All Natural Bar mixes in cases will receive a 10% case discount; however, no mixed cases are allowed and actual shipping charges will apply. Shipping will no longer be pro-rated by the total cost of the product ordered.

We hate to admit it, but sometimes things are beyond our control. Therefore, orders will be filled based on availability and all orders will be completed as soon as possible.
SUBSTITUTIONS
On occasion we may substitute another item of equal or greater value to assure your gift arrives on time. We may also substitute a product of equal or greater value for chocolate components during warm weather.

All orders are shipped Federal Express Ground (unless 2-day or standard overnight service is requested) and are processed and shipped promptly (we will notify you of any delay).

Important: We ship FedEx within the continental U.S. Because FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes we need a street address, or if using a rural route number, a complete address and the nearest crossroad.
Method of Payment: We accept checks, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Sorry C.O.D.s and cash are not accepted. Please make checks payable to El Paso Chile Company.

The cutoff for ground shipments for delivery for Christmas is 10:00 a.m. Monday - Dec. 17th.
After this, orders need to be upgraded at additional cost to guarantee delivery by Christmas.
Dec. 17th - orders received after 10:00 am - need to upgrade to FedEx Express (Air)
Dec. 19th - orders received after 10:00 am - need to upgrade to FedEx 2nd Day
Dec. 20th - orders received after 10:00 am - need to upgrade to FedEx Overnight
